Pat Brophy

Patrick Brophy is an experienced investment professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Forum Capital Advisors since January 2019, Brophy is also the Founder and Partner at Gore Range Investments since 2015, and the Founder and President of Colt Properties Limited since 2002, focusing on commercial real estate and mineral rights. Prior to these roles, Brophy held the position of Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. from 2005 to 2017, where Patrick facilitated the establishment of the firm's real estate discipline and the launch of the Janus Global Real Estate Fund. Brophy's career began as a Partner at THK Associates from 1990 to 2005, specializing in economic and market feasibility studies for various real estate projects. Brophy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College, earned between 1984 and 1988.
