Peter Faulhaber

Peter Faulhaber is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in investment management and financial analysis. Currently serving as Associate Director at Forum Investment Group since May 2017, Peter focuses on multifamily sector investments, providing institutions and financial intermediaries with access to multifamily debt, private credit, and equity investment opportunities. Prior to this role, Peter was a Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst at The Excelsior Group, where responsibilities included forecasting property cash flows, market research, and assessing portfolio performance. Earlier experience as Loan Portfolio Analyst II at NorthMarq involved financial analysis, market assessments, and managing distressed properties. Peter holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Legal Studies in Business from the University of St. Thomas.
