María Aparicio Furelos

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on organic products for body care and environmental well-being. Currently, Mariana works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous endeavors include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food between August 2016 and August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
