Jason Ensley

Jason Ensley is currently serving as the Deputy General Counsel for Labor & Employment at Forward Air Corporation. Prior to this role, Jason was a founding partner at Ensley, Baker & Shade, PLLC, where Jason specialized in employment law counseling and litigation. With a background in workers' compensation defense and experience at reputable law firms such as Baker Donelson and Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones, PLLC, Jason is a seasoned attorney licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. Jason has also been recognized for their outstanding client service and served as the Chair of Tennessee Bar Association's Labor & Employment Executive Counsel. Jason holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University.
