Matt Gentry

Matt Gentry is an experienced professional in learning and performance management, currently serving as the Director of Engagement, Learning & Performance at Forward Air Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this role, Gentry held the position of Sr. Consultant, Learning & Performance at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from July 2017 to October 2020 and served as the Senior Manager of Training & Development at Noble Brands from March 2016 to June 2017. Gentry also contributed to Kumon North America as the Area Development Manager from January 2010 to March 2016. Gentry obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Georgia State University between 2004 and 2006.
