Giorgia Sterza

Giorgia Sterza is an experienced professional currently serving as Program Manager at Forward Factory since January 2022, focusing on digital innovations in manufacturing within CDP's National Accelerators Network. In parallel, Giorgia holds the position of Product Community Manager at GELLIFY, driving the growth of B2B software digital start-ups through Open Innovation. Active in the startup ecosystem, Giorgia has also co-founded London Startup Marketing, served as Talent, Community and Culture Manager at InMotion, and co-organized the Startup Europe Week in London. Additional roles include Community and Marketing Manager at Studio Graphene and Business Analyst at Unindustria Bologna, among others. Giorgia holds degrees in Business Administration and General Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
