Joe Tyler

Joe Tyler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as a Customer Care Manager at Forward Networks, Inc. starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Co-Owner of DMD Tae Kwon Do LLC since October 2016. Joe also served as the Director of Customer Support at Aviatrix from February 2022 to March 2023.

Joe has experience as a Business Owner at 7th Day Gaming LLC from April 2022 to February 2023. Previously, they held multiple roles at Palo Alto Networks, including Sr. Manager of Support Delivery - Focused Services from October 2019 to January 2022, Support Delivery Manager from November 2014 to October 2019, and Technical Support Engineer from February 2014 to November 2014.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, they studied at Collin College and obtained an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Cybersecurity. In 2001 and 2002, Joe Tyler attended Texas State Technical College and earned a degree in Cisco Networking.

In addition to their formal education, Joe Tyler has obtained various certifications. Some of these certifications include the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)², Project+ from CompTIA, Systems Security Certified Practitioner from (ISC)², Web Security Associate and Web Security Professional from CIW, and Accredited Configuration Engineer from Palo Alto Networks.

Joe Tyler also holds certifications such as Network+ from CompTIA and CCNA R&S from Cisco, acquired in 2002 and 2012 respectively.

More recently, in 2018 and 2019, they obtained certifications such as CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Advance Security Practitioner (CASP), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), and EC-Council Certified Incident Handler. Joe also gained certifications from Aviatrix in various aspects of multi-cloud networking infrastructure.
