Tyler McCready

Tyler McCready has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Tyler is currently employed as a Technical Account Manager at Forward Networks, Inc. since April 2023.

Prior to their current role, Tyler worked at Riverbed Technology from May 2014 to April 2023, where they held multiple positions. Tyler started as a Senior Performance Consultant in December 2014 and later became a Lead Professional Service's Consultant in January 2018. In May 2021, they were promoted to Manager Global Customer Success-Federal, where they successfully led and managed a team of consultants.

Before joining Riverbed Technology, Tyler briefly served as a Network Engineer at IMTAS in 2014. Tyler also worked as an Incident Responder at Insight Global from May 2013 to 2014.

Tyler began their career as a Network Analyst in May 2011 at TASC, Inc. and served there until May 2013.

Prior to their entry into the IT industry, Tyler worked as a Petty Officer Second Class in the U.S. Coast Guard from June 2006 to June 2010.

Tyler McCready has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology and Business Administration. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Strayer University. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, Tyler attended American InterContinental University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Tyler completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration and Management, General from American InterContinental University between 2011 and 2012.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Tyler holds several relevant certifications. Tyler obtained the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) certification from CompTIA in January 2019. In December 2012, they acquired the Security+ certification from the same institution. Tyler also holds certifications from Cisco, including the Cisco Certified Network Professional, which they obtained in an unspecified month of 2014. Furthermore, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification in March 2013.
