Tolani Odukoya has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2019, they co-founded and became the director of The Mindset Africa, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing access to quality education for disadvantaged children in Africa. Tolani was responsible for overseeing all activities, creating sustainability strategies, and evaluating the organization's impact.
