Michael Rodgers

Michael Rodgers has extensive work experience in human resources and information technology. Michael began their career at UGM in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Forward Space, LLC as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing the merger of two leading Steelcase dealerships. In 2020, Michael was promoted to the Director of Human Resources and Information Technology, a position they currently hold.

Michael Rodgers completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from DeVry University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In May 2016, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
