Nawen Gong has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2011, Nawen worked as a Financial Accounting Intern at Whitbread PLC Property. From 2016 to 2017, Nawen served as a Financial Analyst at Genentech, where they developed dashboards and spreadsheets, prepared reports, and provided financial updates and variance analysis. In 2019, Nawen joined ForwardLine Financial as a Risk Analyst, analyzing and benchmarking risk KPIs, monitoring industry performance, and owning scripts for credit decision modules. In 2020, Nawen became a Data Scientist at PayPal, where they worked until 2022, and in 2023, Nawen started working as a Senior Data Analyst at BriteCap Financial.

Nawen (Noven) Gong has a strong educational background in accounting and business management. They obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from XI'AN INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIVERSITY in 2012.
