Justin Thomas has a extensive work experience in various roles related to art direction and artist positions in the gaming industry. Justin started their career in 1998 as an artist at Studio Blue, where they worked on "Deliverance from the Dark" until 1999. Justin then joined 2015 Inc as a senior artist for "Medal of Honor Allied Assault" from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they became a lead artist at Infinity Ward, working on "Call of Duty PC" until 2004. Justin then transitioned to Electronic Arts Los Angeles as a senior artist for "Medal of Honor Pacific Assault" before being promoted to associate art director for "Medal of Honor European Assault" in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the art director for "Medal of Honor Airborne." Justin then moved on to Activision - Luxoflux as an art director for "Transformers Revenge of the Fallen" until 2010. Justin then joined Electronic Arts Salt Lake as the art director for "Sims 3" until 2014. After that, they worked as an art director at Gearbox Software from 2014 to 2016. Their most recent position is the creative lead at Certain Affinity, which they have held since 2016. In 2020, Justin joined ForwardXP as the studio art director.
