Chris Spong

Chris Spong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris started their career as an R&D Development Chemist at Loctite Adhesives from 2000 to 2002. Chris then worked as a Works Chemist at Tarmac Building Products Ltd from 2002 to 2004 before moving on to a role as a Change Agent at Anglo American from 2004 to 2005. Chris continued their career at Tarmac Building Products Ltd as a Technical Manager from 2005 to 2007, and then joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Change Manager from 2007 to 2009. Chris returned to Tarmac Building Products Ltd as an Operations Manager UK South from 2009 to 2010. Chris subsequently became the General Manager at Crane Composites from 2011 to 2012.
