Josh Hollingsworth

Josh Hollingsworth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Josh currently serves as the President of Advancement at FosterAdopt Connect, where they direct the organization's community, private, and foundation strategy. Josh also provides strategic oversight for marketing, communications, and public relations for multiple resource center offices. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the same organization.

Before joining FosterAdopt Connect, Hollingsworth worked at the Kansas City Zoo, where they held various roles in marketing and public relations. Josh worked as the Marketing & Public Relations Manager and later as the Marketing & Social Media Manager. Josh also served as the Membership & Marketing Manager.

Earlier in their career, Hollingsworth worked at Lifetouch as a Photography/Operations Manager. Josh managed a sales and photography team across multiple states, focusing on account retention and expansion. Josh demonstrated strengths in increasing revenue and reducing costs.

Hollingsworth's work experience also includes a role at the Lone Jack C6 School District, where they served as the Assistant Director of After School Programs. In this position, they managed a startup program focused on academic change for low-income students, overseeing staff management and curriculum development.
