Randy Snodgrass

Randy Snodgrass is a seasoned professional in behavioral health and mental health support, currently serving as a Behavioral Interventionist at FosterAdopt Connect since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at The Missouri Department of Mental Health as part of the Tiered Support team and as an Employment First Specialist focusing on the benefits of employing individuals with disabilities, from January 2019 to January 2023. Randy also worked as a Community Support Specialist at Burrell Behavioral Health, a Psych Tech at CoxHealth, and a Project Manager at Federal Protection, Inc. from December 2007 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes a decade as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy. Randy holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Drury University, completed between 2012 and 2016.
