Neil Morris

Neil Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1998, they worked in training and HR at NTL Communications. In 2005, they transitioned into the role of a Child Protection Social Worker at Darlington Local Authority for two years. In 2009, Neil joined the National Fostering Agency, where they held various positions including Social Worker, Team Manager, and Area Manager until 2016. Neil then worked as a Registered Manager at Swiis Foster Care England, overseeing the foster care service in the North East of England until 2017. Currently, Neil works at Foster Care Associates as the Operations Director, a position they have held since October 2020.
