Yelena Cappello

Yelena Cappello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal management and election administration. Currently serving as a Management Analyst and Deputy City Clerk for the City of Foster City since February 2018, Yelena possesses a strong background in operational management, having previously held the position of Manager at the Department of Elections for the City and County of San Francisco from March 2014 to February 2018. Earlier roles include Supervisor at the same department and Collections Specialist/Manager at The Wende Museum and Archive of the Cold War from 2004 to 2008. Yelena holds a degree from UCLA, which complements a diverse career dedicated to public service and organizational effectiveness.
