Shruba Manna has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as an intern at Reliance. In 2013, they worked as a Research Chemist and TCS Engineer at Henkel until 2016. Shruba then joined Berry Global, Inc. as a Research and Development Intern in 2017. Later that year, they became a Technical Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they worked until 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Multi Discipline Engineer at Corning Incorporated. From 2018 to 2019, Shruba served as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Currently, they are working as an Application Development Engineer at Foster Corporation, focusing on proposing material solutions and formulating custom materials for the medical device industry.

Shruba Manna earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they attended from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Polymer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Shruba Manna's earlier education includes attending Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued a CBSE degree with a focus on Science.
