Erik Carlson

Erik Carlson is an Associate Attorney at Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, specializing in land use and real estate, focusing on zoning matters, property rights, and real estate development since January 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Law Clerk in both the Land Use and Real Estate Division and at The Damon Law Firm, where responsibilities encompassed contracts, zoning, estate planning, and elder law. Concurrently, Erik Carlson is a student at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where engagement includes participation in mediation tournaments, contribution to the Denver Law Review, tutoring first-year students, and organizing events for the Elder Law Student Society.
