Dale Forsythe

Dale Forsythe has extensive experience in the disability insurance sector, currently serving as the Brokerage Manager at Foster Klima & Company since February 2001. In this role, Forsythe specializes in providing localized support, intelligent case design, and competitive analysis, alongside advocating for underwriting and offering innovative disability products from Guardian. Prior to this position, Forsythe was a Senior Disability Underwriter at Securian from 1998 to 2001 and served as Chief Disability Underwriter at Guardian Life from 1985 to 1998. Forsythe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
