Mayur J. Pabari

Mayur J. Pabari is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and business management. Currently, Mayur serves as the Founder and CEO of Foster, an innovative ecosystem connecting students, employers, and colleges since May 2022. Additionally, Mayur has been leading smartSense Consulting Solutions as CEO and CHRO since June 2013, focusing on strategic partnerships, business model development, and effective resource allocation. From June 2020 to May 2023, Mayur held the position of Interim Chief Technology Officer at Certif-ID International GmbH, a blockchain-powered network specializing in issuing digital certificates. Educationally, Mayur holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidhyalaya, complemented by foundational studies in mathematics and science at Ind Rayon School and Shri P.V Modi School Rajkot.
