Eric M. De Castro has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and software development industries. Eric M. started their career as a Web Designer/Manager at Prosoft Training, where they created and maintained the corporate web presence and intranet.

Eric M. then joined Getty Images as a New Media Developer before moving on to Spectria, where they served as a Practice Director - eCommerce, overseeing the development of eBusiness solutions and managing a team of developers.

Eric later co-founded Netgateway, an eCommerce software company, where they worked as a Senior VP of Internet Development, leading business development and product development efforts.

Eric M. then joined Kellogg and Andelson as the Director of Business Technology, responsible for the firm's IT services and internal technology operations. Eric M. implemented infrastructure improvements, grew the technology practice revenues, and managed client projects.

Eric went on to co-found MESoft, Inc., serving as a Co-Founder and Senior Executive of Business Services. Eric M. handled strategic development, marketing, and product management responsibilities.

Eric M. then joined HaloMedia, LLC. as the CTO and Co-Founder, where they conceptualized product design and created roadmaps for product components.

Prior to their current position as the Director of Software Product Management at FotoKem Industries Inc., Eric co-founded Halo Nine, a company specializing in software applications development and business technology consulting. Eric M. also formed international business entities and handled business development.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and expertise in driving business growth and digital innovation.

Eric M. De Castro has a diverse education history that includes culinary arts, film studies, and communication in film and television. Eric M. attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Culinary Associates Occupational Studies degree. Prior to that, they studied film/cinema/video studies at The American Film Institute from 1994 to 1995. Before pursuing their interest in film, Eric received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in Film & Television from California State University, Fullerton, where they attended from 1989 to 1994. Their education journey began at Glendora High School, from which they obtained a high school diploma in 1986.

In addition to their formal education, Eric M. De Castro has obtained several certifications in various areas.
