Jason Demant

Jason Demant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Networks at Foundation Capital since March 2020, Jason previously held the position of Managing Director at LAUNCH, overseeing the LAUNCH Accelerator from January 2018 to November 2019. Prior to that, Jason worked in sales and marketing at LiftIgniter, where accomplishments included being the first non-founder to close a sale. As the Founder and CEO of Bento from September 2014 to December 2016, Jason led the company to profitability. Jason also served as CEO of LAUNCH Media from March 2012 to September 2014, growing the LAUNCH Festival significantly during tenure. Earlier experience includes co-founding Unanchor.com and various roles at Seagate Technology, where responsibilities spanned marketing management and revenue planning. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master's in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
