Cheryl Douglas

Cheryl Douglas, PHR has extensive experience in human resources management and operations. Cheryl is currently serving as the Human Resources Business Operations Manager at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, a position they started in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Analyst for the State of California from January 2021 to August 2021.

Cheryl Douglas, PHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the certifications of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in December 2004 and again in March 2020.
