Guadalupe Pinto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Currently, at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, they serve as a Research Fellow, where they track research and policy proposals related to student success and conducts analysis to support policy development efforts. Previously, at The Equity Collaborative at UVA, they served as the Executive Director. Guadalupe also held the position of Director of Graduate Relations at Batten Latinx Network. Additionally, Guadalupe worked as an Intern for the Health Innovators Fellowship at The Aspen Institute and as a Senior Director's Intern at the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women's Center at the University of Virginia.
