Therese Manansala has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Starting in 2007, they served as a Front Office Supervisor at The Cypress Hotel, overseeing front desk operations and staff scheduling. In 2012, they became an Assistant Community Manager at Greystar, where they resolved client disputes and enforced lease policies. From 2014 to 2014, they worked as a Natural Resources Intern at the County of Santa Clara Parks Department, conducting fieldwork and performing office clerical tasks. In 2016, they joined SpecPro, Inc. as a Field Operations Support, providing operational assistance. In 2017, they became the Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper to GM at Thunder Mountain Enterprises, Inc., supporting the general manager and handling bookkeeping duties. At CAMS (Community Association Management Services), they worked as an Accountant in 2018, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring corporate compliance. Therese then joined Teledyne Technologies Incorporated as an Accounting II in 2018, contributing to accounting operations. Currently, they serve as a Senior Accountant at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, handling financial responsibilities. Therese Manansala holds an MSAcc degree and is ACBSP Accredited.

Therese began their academic journey at De Anza College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate's degree in Environmental Studies with a specialization in Climate Policy and Pollution Prevention.

Building on this foundation, they pursued further education at San Jose State University from 2012 to 2015. Here, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies, with an emphasis on Impact Assessment.

Seeking to enhance their expertise in the field of accounting and expand their career opportunities, Therese enrolled at Walden University from 2017 to 2019. Here, they earned their Master of Science degree in Accounting with a CPA emphasis.
