Dale Bartlett

Dale Bartlett has over 20 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and procurement operations. Dale currently serves as the Head of Procurement at Foundation Medicine, where they lead global procurement efforts and collaborates with functional partners to manage a spend of nearly half a billion dollars. Prior to this role, Dale was the Head of Direct Procurement Operations at Roche Molecular Solutions for over a decade, where they provided executive leadership to a procurement team and ensured continuity of supply and regulatory compliance. Dale also has experience as a Procurement Director at Mars Inc., where they established process efficiencies, implemented global sourcing strategies, and led various cost-saving and resource optimization projects. Earlier in their career, Dale worked at Siemens Logistics as a Senior Manager in Strategic Procurement and at General Mills as a Strategic Procurement Manager and Manufacturing Team Leader. Overall, Dale has a strong background in procurement, with a focus on driving efficiency, cost savings, and regulatory compliance.

Dale Bartlett holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration from Boston University. Additionally, they completed a Master of Strategic Studies degree in Strategic Studies at The United States Army War College. Dale also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. Dale has recently obtained certification as a FMI Manager as Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2022.
