Sean Williams has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sean began their career as a professional ice hockey player, playing for eight years and even spending some time in the NHL. After their hockey career, Sean transitioned into the business world, starting as an Associate Product Manager at Rollerblade Inc. Sean then worked as a Product Manager at Recovery Engineering Inc before joining Procter & Gamble. At P&G, Sean held various marketing positions, including Brand Manager for global brands such as Pampers and Crest Toothpaste. Sean also served as Associate Marketing Director for NA Crest Toothpaste and Rinse and later as Associate Marketing Director for Global Crest and Oral-B. Sean's success continued as Marketing Director for Western Europe Oral Care and eventually as Marketing Director for Oral Care EMEA, where they achieved impressive results through innovation and market expansion. Sean then moved on to the adidas group, where they became the Vice President Global Marketing and NA Sales for Reebok-CCM Hockey. During their tenure, they led the successful turnaround of the CCM Brand, significantly increasing its market share. In 2018, Sean became the President and CEO of Faultless Brands, a family-owned consumer products portfolio. Sean successfully led the turnaround and sale of the company to private equity. Currently, Sean is serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Foundation Wellness, a private equity-owned consumer goods company. In this role, they oversee the manufacturing and selling of the company's own line of products as well as private label products. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving growth and success in the consumer goods industry.

Sean Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) cum laude degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Concordia University-St. Paul, attending from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1998 to 1999.
