Ernest J. C'DeBaca, JD, LL.M, CFP®, ChFC®, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Foundations Investment Advisors, where responsibilities include the management of operations, legal, and compliance for a nationally operating registered investment advisor with over 300 affiliated representatives and 75+ sub-advisers. Previously, C'DeBaca held various roles, including Attorney, Business Consultant, and Financial Advisor, providing specialized advice on securities law and investment management regulation, as well as serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at ING Investments, among other compliance-focused positions in the financial services industry. C'DeBaca's educational background includes an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from The University of New Mexico School of Law.
