Maciej Mlynek is an accomplished product and creative designer with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Senior Product Designer at Founder and Lightning since April 2021, Mlynek previously held key roles such as Creative Director at 1000ideas, Co-founder at Dizply, and CEO of Indie Designers. Mlynek has a strong background in product design, business development, and creative direction, demonstrated through successful management of teams and client relationships. Notable past positions include Art Director at MIMI Group and leading the launch of Designersko.pl, an online store promoting Polish design. Mlynek's educational foundation includes a degree in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing from Jagiellonian University.
