Andy Daidone

Andy Daidone is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in software development, mental health advocacy, and fundraising. As Co-Founder of ScrumLaunch since June 2019, Andy has focused on designing and building software products for startups and corporate innovation groups. In addition, Andy serves as an Ambassador for the Founder Mental Health Pledge and a Volunteer with Catchafire, specializing in supporting nonprofit leaders in managing burnout and improving interpersonal relationships. Previous roles include Chief Growth Officer at Community Funded, Founder of the attention management tool ThePresent, and Managing Director at GroundTruth, where Andy led significant initiatives in market strategy and revenue growth. Andy's earlier career also includes positions as Director of Sales in China and Account Executive at GroundTruth and Breadcrumb by Groupon. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
