Dan Kurani is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the technology and digital marketing sectors. As the founder of a stealth startup since January 2024, Kurani focuses on creating an AI-powered discovery experience. In addition, as CEO of Foundermark since April 2016, Kurani has successfully launched three tech startups. Previously, Kurani served as a consultant at Dow Jones, where collaboration with top executives resulted in a successful overhaul of marketing strategies for the subscription businesses at WSJ and Barron's. Kurani also co-founded and led Thumb, a prominent opinion-based community, which garnered significant venture capital and extensive media attention. Earlier in the career, Kurani was the managing partner at Kurani Interactive, a top digital agency that provided performance marketing to high-profile clients such as Nike and Universal Studios.
