Loraine Achar

Loraine Achar-Ogada currently serves as a Member at both Global Women in VC and Nairobi Business Angel Network, where investment in early-stage startups is a common focus. As an Investment Manager at 54 Collective VC, Loraine contributes substantial expertise, having previously held roles as an Investment Associate and Fellow at Capria Ventures. Loraine's career began at Stanbic Bank Kenya, where positions included Investment Banking Analyst and Assistant Relationship Manager for Wealth and Investment. Additional experience includes an actuarial internship at AON Kenya Insurance Brokers and sales management roles at Icon Telesec Services Ltd.
