Oscar Franco

Oscar Franco has a wealth of work experience in the business development sector. Oscar began their career in 2021 as the SoCal Business Development Manager at Founders First Capital Partners. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Business Development at dontworry, where they developed an online business strategy for the US market, coordinated multiple digital marketing campaigns, and supported trade marketing efforts. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Entrepreneurs Growth and Selection Director, Community Leader/Consumer Goods Portfolio, and Entrepreneur Service/Search and Selection Manager at Endeavor Mexico. In this role, they coordinated a team of 14 staff, screened 400+ entrepreneurs, organized and hosted four national selection panels, managed relationships with venture capital funds, maintained contact with and supported ten entrepreneurs, composed ten advisory boards, and selected and advised 15 companies. Oscar also increased the office's collection through donations and government funds by 50%, and selected the first entrepreneur Endeavor at an international level in the region.

Oscar Franco attended CETYS Universidad from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a LNI degree in Economics, accounting, finance, marketing administration, human resources, business plan, and market analysis. Oscar also attended Universidad Mayor de Chile from 2011 to 2011 and obtained a B.A in International Finance, Logistics and Distribution, and International Law.
