Santiago Lefebvre

Santiago Lefebvre is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in sustainable solutions. As Founder and CEO of ChangeNOW since May 2016, Santiago has organized the world's largest event dedicated to sustainable initiatives, attracting over 30,000 participants globally. Santiago also serves as a Partner at 50 Partners Impact, focusing on projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and at Founders Future. Previously, Santiago founded the Startup Career Day, which became France's largest startup job fair, and TEDxINSEAD. Santiago held the position of Head of E-Commerce projects at Pixmania, where a new business model for second-hand product sales was implemented across 14 countries. Additional experience includes co-founding Club Digital and leading QuizzTournament, alongside audit roles at Crédit Agricole SA and an internship at HSBC. Santiago holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Business Administration from emlyon business school.
