Richard Segal

Richard Segal is the Co-Founder and Partner of Founders Keepers. Richard has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting top talent for businesses and has been extremely successful in placing individuals in companies that go on to be acquired by larger corporations. Prior to Founders Keepers, Richard was the Director of Lizard Partners, where they oversaw the placement of C-level and VP/Director level executives for digital and technology companies in Europe. Some of their most notable placements include the European MDs for Admob and QuattroWireless (both acquired by Google and Apple respectively) as well as the COO and CFO for Livebookings. Richard began their career as a Consultant for ARN Consulting before moving into executive search with Lizard Partners.
