Matthew Fodera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Currently serving as Construction PM at Founders Table Restaurant Group since October 2021, Matthew previously held roles as the Training General Manager and General Manager at Chopt Creative Salad Company from October 2017 to October 2021. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the New York Institute of Technology and has studied at Stony Brook University.
