Michael Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Michael worked as a Principal at Wild Horse Labs, Inc., a Business Growth Accelerator, from March 2014 onwards. Michael served as a Lead Mentor at FoundersBoost, a mentor-driven pre-acceleration program, starting from March 2022. Michael was also a Member of the AI Angel Club in Seoul, South Korea, from April 2016. In addition, they were a Founding Member of the San Diego Tech Hub from October 2019. Michael was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Loyola Marymount University, where they focused on instilling the entrepreneurial spirit among students, starting in January 2013. Michael served as a Board Member of the Long Beach Mombasa Sister Cities Association from October 2020 to December 2022. Michael was also a Member of the Tech Coast Angels, the largest angel investment organization in the U.S., from September 2014 to January 2017. Michael served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce, Greater Los Angeles Chapter from February 2010 to July 2015. Lastly, they chaired the Clean Tech Committee at the Los Angeles Venture Association from June 2010 to September 2012.
Michael Miller completed their education in the following sequence:
1. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Michael attended the university from 1971 to 1975.
2. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration. Michael enrolled in the program from 1981 to 1985.
In addition to their formal education, Michael Miller also obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership, International House at the University of California, Berkeley. Michael successfully completed the 120-hour program and obtained the certification in June 2020.
