Chloe Chen

Chloe Chen is an accomplished investment associate at FoundersX Ventures, having held the position since January 2016. In addition to this role, Chloe co-founded and serves as vice president of the Spring Foundation, actively contributing since October 2011. Previous experience includes a research analyst position at the National Policy Research Office in Hunan from May to September 2015 and a business research assistant role at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, from September 2013 to May 2015. Chloe also completed a journalist internship at Hunan TV in the summer of 2013 and an investment internship at 建设银行 in 2012. Chloe holds a Master of Arts in International Education Policy from Stanford University Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, complemented by studies at Sciences Po in 2014.
