Anssi Korhonen

Anssi Korhonen is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the Nordics Region at Foundever since January 2024. Prior to this role, Anssi held various senior positions at Sitel Group from February 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Director of Area Operations for Northern Europe and Global Operations Director. Anssi also served as Senior Director of Customer Care at Volvo Cars from October 2018 to January 2021. Earlier in the career, Anssi worked at SYKES Cyprus and Sykes Sweden AB, progressing through multiple roles such as Area Director and Operations Manager. Anssi's professional journey began at Teleperformance Nordic, where Anssi held positions from Assistant Contact Center Manager to Contact Center Manager between August 2010 and August 2013.
