Aswathy Moodadi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aswathy began their career as a Web Programmer Trainee at Otwo Designs in 2012 and then moved on to work as a Web Developer at Omnipresent IT Solutions Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Aswathy then transitioned to a Senior HR Executive role at Source One Management Services Pvt Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Aswathy then joined Mindtree as an Associate - Talent Acquisition, where they worked from 2017 to 2019. Aswathy then took on the role of a Senior Recruiter at Makonis from 2019 to 2020.
