Armando Martin

Armando Martin serves as a Real Estate Manager for Foundry Commercial in Raleigh, North Carolina. During his career in Property Management, he has had extensive experience in all aspects of property management activity including vendor management, day-to-day operations, and financial reporting.

Armando has lived in Raleigh for the past 6 years. Prior to that, he was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and spent 5 years living in Chicago, IL. Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Armando was a Property Manager at an apartment community in downtown Raleigh.

In his free time, Armando enjoys hiking, biking, and playing golf.
