Justin Ruby joined Foundry Commercial in 2013 to help lead the charge on the industrial brokerage platform. Ruby has 20 years of real estate experience in development, leasing, sales and marketing. His team focuses on transactions spanning from land development to leasing for institutional clients and is now branching into the newest category of industrial real estate, Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS). His team of transactional brokers, salespersons, and marketing professionals covers Central Florida from Ocala and the east coast to the full length of the I-4 corridor including Tampa.
