Douglas M. Allen

Douglas M. Allen has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. In 2022, they began working as an Energy Portfolio Manager for both Foundry, a Digital Currency Group Company, and Compute North. From 2006 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Energy Consultant for World Kinect Energy Services. From 1998 to 2006, they were the Natural Gas Supply Manager for Cargill, Incorporated. From 1997 to 1998, they were a Natural Gas Scheduler & Account Executive for Energy Masters International, a subsidiary of Northern States Power. In 1996, they began their career as an Energy Marketer for Enron Energy Services.

Douglas M. Allen obtained their AB in Economics from The University of Georgia between 1985 and 1990. In 2014, they went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership and Change Management from Hamline University, which they completed in 2016. Douglas M. also holds two certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers: Certified Energy Manager and Certified Energy Procurement Professional.
