As Co-Founder of foundU since May 2014, Matthew focuses on integrating operations, human resources, compliance, and payroll to enhance workplace productivity. In addition, as Director at 8020 Consulting, Matthew provides independent advisory services to privately owned SMEs, emphasizing financial planning and strategic analysis. Previously, Matthew held several leadership positions including Chairman at ABC Developmental Learning Centres NZ Ltd, Chief Executive Officer at GoodStart Childcare Limited, and General Manager Joint Ventures at Rio Tinto Coal Australia. Matthew's educational background includes degrees in Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Law from The University of Queensland, a Masters of Business from RMIT University, and various diplomas in finance and corporate governance.
