Britnie Smith is a Solutions Analyst at FOUNT Global, Inc. since August 2022, previously serving as a Spring Advocacy and Outreach Fellow at Foreign Policy for America and a Resource Development Manager Intern at the Ethiopian Community Development Council, Inc. Prior experience includes a role as Partnership Development Associate at Learning Undefeated, where responsibilities included supporting fundraising strategies and conducting research for potential funding sources. Smith also worked as a Coordinator at Gartner, providing service and support for associates and clients, and held teaching responsibilities as an Associate Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, Smith taught English and engaged in cultural activities, further enhancing linguistic skills developed during a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Rutgers University. Smith holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Policy Analysis from American University. Additional roles include administrative positions at Pemberton Police and Clarks Landing Yacht Club, along with community volunteering at Burlington County Animal Shelter.
