Ian Powell

Ian Powell is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at FOUNT since October 2018, where the focus is on creating frictionless work environments for both employers and employees. Ian is an active founding member of The Top Percentile Collective, a selective network of elite sales professionals committed to achieving outstanding results. Additionally, Ian serves on the advisory board for Talent Tech Labs, providing insights to the CEO and revenue organization. Prior roles include Global Account Director at SAP, where Ian led strategic customer success initiatives, and various positions at CEB, including Managing Director and Senior Director, where Ian notably managed significant sales teams and achieved top sales rankings. Ian holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Binghamton University.
