Jennifer McLaurin Hedge

Jennifer McLaurin Hedge, MBA, SPHR has a comprehensive background in human resources. Jennifer McLaurin is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Four County Electric Membership Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare from September 2018 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare from January 2008 to August 2018. Jennifer also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Pender County Government from April 2007 to December 2007.

Jennifer McLaurin Hedge, MBA, SPHR completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and industrial relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1991 and 1996. In 2008, they received their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
