Matthew Said currently serves as Vice President of Front Line Control Evaluations at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities include enhancing operational risk environments and boosting efficiency within Commercial Banking. Since January 2023, Matthew has also been a Career Readiness Instructor for FourBlock, assisting service members and their spouses in career transitions. Matthew's previous experience in the United States Marine Corps encompasses senior strategic planning and leadership roles, focusing on cultural awareness, team communication, and training readiness improvements.
