Yeh Loo Tee has a strong background in mechanical design engineering, particularly in the television industry. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Panasonic AVC Networks Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, where they were responsible for developing and designing aluminum parts for future television models. They gained extensive experience in extrusion, pressing, and bending processes. They also used SolidWorks for daily design tasks.
From 2020 to 2022, Yeh Loo Tee worked as a Design Engineer at Sony EMCS, focusing on metal parts for Sony's future OLED TV model. They were responsible for progressive metal stamping and had expertise in tolerance stacking, poka yoke features, automation, and parts stacking.
Currently, Yeh Loo Tee is employed at Fourier Intelligence as a Senior Product Development Engineer. Their responsibilities include conducting market and journal research for a medical device that assists post-stroke patients' hands. They generate and evaluate ideas based on their research and create 3D CAD files and prototypes using rapid prototyping techniques.
Outside of their primary employment, Yeh Loo Tee also works on additive manufacturing (3D printing) projects during off-working hours. From 2017 to 2018, Yeh Loo Tee attended the University of Nottingham, where they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
